Learn how to operate SPMT K24ST safely and effectively.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Employees who have to operate Electronically Steered Hydraulically Suspended Modular Trailers (SPMT). Level 3 to operate SPMT safely.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age of 18 years;
- Valid certificate of medical fitness;
- Minimum 9 months relevant experience;
- Junior SPMT operator K24ST – Level 2;
- Basic knowledge of English;
COURSE
Training: 3 days
Theoretical examination: 30 minutes
Practical examination: 45 minutes
Language: Dutch / English
CONTENT
- Understand basic electronics
- Understand the electronic systems, components and schemes of K24ST
- Perform measurements with clamp, multimeter, potentiometer
- Understand static and dynamic axle load
- Understand deformation and limitation of deck strength of spine beam
- Understand tipping and tilting of cargo
- Understand influence of securing the cargo on local stability
- Read and understand transport drawing
- Prepare and execute SPMT and RoRo operation
- Work safely
- Perform pre-use checks and inspections
- Perform LMRA
- Set up transport configurations K24ST
- Operate transport configurations K24ST
- Able to communicate effectively
- Solve hydraulic malfunction
- Solve electronic malfunction
- Can troubleshoot standard issues

VALIDITY CERTIFICATE
